Linda has dedicated over 25 years to the nonprofit sector, focusing on resource development and advocacy for large health systems and marginalized patient populations. Her career spans leading programmatic, systemic, and legislative changes for major national health organizations in the U.S. and Poland. From 2011 to 2019, Linda served as CEO of the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (VAFCC), supporting over 60 clinics that provided medical, dental, mental health, and pharmaceutical services to 73,000 patients, valued at $131 million. During her tenure, she increased the agency’s operating funds from $3.1 million to nearly $10 million.

Linda’s integrity and commitment to vulnerable communities led to her selection to oversee a $100 million COVID-relief fund for small businesses by the Office of the Governor of Virginia in 2020. She also redesigned a $500 million pharmaceutical program for an international relief organization that same year. Recently, she collaborated with international healthcare providers to establish a Center of Excellence in Poland for Ukrainian soldiers and civilians affected by PTSD, acute stress disorders, and polytrauma from the war with Russia. Her career development impact exceeds $100 million.

In recognition of her public service, the Governor of Virginia appointed Linda to the Family and Children’s Trust Fund Board of Trustees in 2020, where she was elected Chair in 2022. In 2021, she was appointed to the Hanover County Community Services Board to advocate for residents with behavioral health needs, including substance use disorders.

Linda is a proud alumna of Randolph-Macon College, serving on the Alumni Society Board of Directors and the advisory councils for the Physician Assistant and Nursing programs. She also pursued further studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
